USA orders will ship USPS, FedEx or UPS. We include free shipping on orders over $95* - some restrictions apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other Territories. Large & heavy items, such as rolls of heat shrink, shipping outside the lower 48 may subject to additional shipping charges will be noted on the product details page.
Orders placed before 12pm MST Mon-Fri will typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm MST or on the weekend or holidays will ship on the next business day. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. All orders will include a tracking number you can follow for additional updates on delivery.
Most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped, please contact us if you require expedited delivery options. Orders over $250 may require a signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have larger orders delivered accordingly.

Return Policy
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay return shipping costs for any errors in shipments or if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of the return package reaching our facility. Please allow additional time for the return payment to hit your account depending on which payment method was used.
